Holcombe Litter Pick

Massive thanks to those that gave up their time to help complete the annual litter pick, you did an awesome job!! The Parish Council would also like to say a big thank you to the Holcombe Farmshop and The Pudding Kitchen for providing the delicious cake which was very much appreciated.

If you spot a specific highways risk that you want to report then the quickest way to report issues like this is through the ‘report it’ function on the Councils website. This enables operatives on the ground to be notified quickly and efficiently, and you can track the progress of reported issues.

Holcombe Playing Field Orchard

You may recall that we planted 54 dwarf fruit trees on the playing field in February 2022 to commemorate the late Queen Elizabeth's platinum jubilee as part of the Queen's Green Canopy initiative.

The Mendip Health and Wellbeing Board meets quarterly with member organisations, including the District Council. Its aim is to improve health and wellbeing and reduce health inequalities in Mendip, through partnership working.
